This is so easy and so tasty, you'll hardly believe that it's good for you.   There are dozens of variations.  Experiment for yourself and develop your own healthy "ice cream".  Happy food preparing!


 

Banana Mango Ice Cream
What you need:  
A blender  
1 banana (frozen)
1 mango 
What you do: 
Peel the banana and place it in the freezer. 
It's easier if you break it into chunks before freezing. 
Blend the mango and banana together in the blender. 
What you get:
An incredibly tasty frozen treat!  
Plus, it's even healthy enough to justify eating it for 
breakfast!
