The Healthy Recipes


This is an easy one to make.  Quick, simple, and low fat.  If you like pineapple upsidedown cake, you'll love this.  It's a great low fat treat for a sweet tooth.


 

Low Fat Pineapple Muffins
What you need:            
2 eggs, beaten           
1/2 cup yellow cornmeal           
2/3 cup powdered milk  
8 oz. can crushed pineapple with juice
1 teaspoon baking soda 
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
3 tablespoons honey  

What you do:  
Spray your muffin tins with non-stick spray.
Mix all the ingredients, pour them into the muffin tins
Bake at 350 degrees for 8-10 minutes.
