BEER

Now that I have your attention... check out the latest reasons to kick back and have a beer tonight.  (Not what you expected to see on a fitness site, huh?)  Actually, the latest research on the benefits of beer just gave me an excuse to share my *really easy* beer bread recipe.   Lots of great recipes for bachelors that don't like to cook, and even a few healthy recipes, too.   If you're a recipe fanatic, and a just a few won't do, get daily recipes here.
