Entering the 2004 Shape Up Challenge is easy.

Write down your current weight, take some measurements, snap a few photos and send everything to us with your official start date.

Over the next 12-weeks, follow a healthy, balanced eating plan and exercise routine.  We suggest three balanced meals per day and a few snacks, including our yummy protein and fiber shakes.

After 12 weeks of exercise and healthy eating, you’ll have the opportunity to tell us all about your progress and show us your new physique.   Your new measurements and photos will show the physical results, and you’ll have the chance to write an essay describing any other improvements that you achieved.  

This is your opportunity to tell us about the healthier habits you adopted, the improved energy you feel from a healthier lifestyle, strength gains in the gym, or just the sense of satisfaction that you found in starting the contest and following it through.

Step 1:  Place your first order of protein shakes, fiber shakes, and supplements.   We suggest 1-3 protein shakes, 1-2 fiber shakes, and one bottle of herbal dietary supplement per month.  However contestants are free to choose their own selection (minimum 3) of the above products monthly.  All our products are ephedra-free, vegetarian, and made without artificial sweeteners, flavors, or colors.

  The 2005 Shape Up Challenge is open to residents of the United States and Canada.  Contestants must be 18 years or older.  Please consult a physician before beginning any diet or exercise program.
